I recently stayed at Canto De Ballenas for a relaxing getaway. The location near the national park was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and filled with exotic flowers, creating a serene atmosphere. The staff, a friendly Costa Rican family, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a refreshing oasis, and I appreciated the use of the bicycles from the hotel to explore the area. The outdoor breakfast on the shaded deck was a lovely start to each day.

The beautiful scenery and proximity to the jungle made it the perfect place for peace and quiet. The Costa Rican family running the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and answering my questions. The pool was a great spot to cool off, and the grounds were well-maintained. The location, only a short walk from the national park, was ideal. I also appreciated the option to rent bikes from the hotel, which were in excellent condition. One morning, we had an early tour and the staff went above and beyond by making us breakfast before we even left at 6:30.
